These days, common sense is a luxury… and grace is often withheld where it could be poured out.

What to do? Because if I pay too much attention to this crazy world, I will lose heart and mind. So I choose to lavishly sprinkle grace and common sense onto everything: motherhood, spiritual and mental health, wellness, business, fitness. Life.
